摘 要:以轻烧白云石粉料为原料,采用碳化法工艺,在一定真空度下将重镁水加热分解制备出MgO含量为99.7%的样品,XRD表征表明样品为立方晶系。研究了液面压强对氧化镁样品纯度、MgO提取率及杂质CaO含量的影响,结果表明,重镁水在0.015MPa下热解所制备的氧化镁纯度为99.7%,氧化钙含量0.12%,氧化镁提取率为70%。With the light-burned dolomite powder as raw material and the carbonization process, high purity magnesia has been prepared through vacuum-pyrogenation of Mg(HCO3)2 solution, and the magnesia prepared has a high purity of 99.7%. The influences of the pressure over the solution to the puri~ and extraction ratio of MaO and the content of CaO have been studied. The results show that when the pressure is 0.015MPa, the MgO prepared has a purity of 99.7% and the extraction ratio is 70%, and impurity of CaO is 0.12%. XRD pattern shows that MgO sample is cubic structure crystal.
