摘　　要：利用聚合酶链式反应,首次从暗纹东方纯基因组DNA中扩增Hepcidin基因的部分序列,序列分析表明,不同鱼类之间的Hepcidin基因DNA序列之间的遗传距离为0.33～1.08,所获得的Hepcidin序列,为进一步研究暗纹东方纯中Hepcidin基因的作用机制提供了基础。The partial sequence of gene Hepcidin from puffer fish （ Takifugu obscurus） was amplified by polymerase chain reaction （PCR）. The sequence analysis showed that the genetic distances were 0.33 - 1.08 among the different fish species. The sequence of Hepcidin provided the base for the further study of the Hepcidin in puffer fish.
