摘  要:以硬脂酸、氧化锌为原料,以双氧水为催化剂,在水介质中催化合成硬脂酸锌。通过单因素实验和正交实验考察了反应温度、反应时间、液固比和催化剂加入量对产品游离酸含量的影响,获得了优化的合成工艺条件:反应温度80℃,反应时间60 min,液固比7,催化剂加入量2.5%。在此优化工艺条件下合成的硬脂酸锌产品游离酸含量和熔点分别为0.43%和124℃,达到化工行业硬脂酸锌优等品标准。A new process for the catalytic synthesis of zinc stearate by reacting stearic acid with zinc oxide, H2O2 as the catalyst was investigated. Single factor experiments and orthogonal tests were carried out to analyze the influence of reaction temperature, reaction time, liquid-solid ratio and the amount of catalyst on the free acid content in the product. The optimum technical conditions were obtained as follows: reaction temperature 80 ℃, reaction time 60 min, liquid-solid ratio 7, and the amount of catalyst 2.5 %. Under these conditions, free acid content in the product is 0.43 % and the melting point 124 ℃, which comvlies with the standard of the chemical industry for the high grade zinc stearate.
