滇白珠糖浆治疗痰瘀交阻型眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察滇白珠糖浆治疗痰瘀交阻型眩晕的临床疗效。方法50例患者给予滇白珠糖浆治疗,疗程14d。结果临床总有效率为100%;临床主要症状明显改善,急性发作期疗效尤其显著。结论滇白珠糖浆治疗痰瘀交阻型眩晕有较好疗效,且无明显副作用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ＂Dianbaizhu Syrup＂ in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo of Phlegmblood accumulation. Method Fifty subjects were treated with ＂Dianbaizhu Syrup＂ for 14 days. Results The total effective rate was 100%; the cardinal clinical symptoms were significantly improved, especially in the acute attack stage. Conclusion ＂Dianbaizhu Syrup＂ is effective for vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo of phlegm-blood accumulation, with shorter course and few side effects.
