益肾活血升清泄浊法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察益肾活血升清泄浊法治疗慢性肾功能衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法将慢性肾衰竭患者分为治疗组(30例,予益肾活血升清泄浊类中药口服并保留灌肠)和对照组(30例,予包醛氧淀粉胶囊口服),疗程均为30d。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为66.7%(P<0.05);治疗组显效率为60%,对照组显效率为30%(P<0.01)。结论益肾活血升清泄浊法治疗CRF疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of chronic renal failure （CRF） treated by tonifying kidney and promoting blood flow, ascending clear and dispelling turbidity （TKPB-LDLM）. Method The patients with CRF were divided randomly into control group （n=30, Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch Capsules for oral use） and treatment group （n=30, pure Chinese crude drug of TKPB-LDLM for oral use and retention enema）. The time of therapy was 30 days. Result the total effective rate of treatment group was 90% and the control was 66.7%. There was an obvious difference about the effect （P〈 0.05）; excellence rate of treatment group was 60% and control was 30%, with a highly significant difference （P〈 0.01）. Conclusion The effect of CRF treated by TKPB-LDLM is certain.
