摘　　要：运用络病理论,探讨肾性血尿与肾络的关系。认为肾性血尿的病因病机为脾肾虚弱、血溢脉外,络脉瘀阻、血不循经,热灼肾络、血失常道;辨证治则为补气行血、摄血为本,祛瘀通络、止血为标,疏风清热、凉血止血。This paper discusses the relationship between renal hematuria and kidney collateral based on collateral disease theory. The pathogenesis of renal hematufia are difficiency of spleen and kidney weakness, bleeding of vessel, blood stagnation in collateral, heatdamaged kidney collateral; and the main therapeutic methods are reinforcing qi and activating blood to stop bleeding, combined with dispelling wind and cleating heat, cooling blood.
