推拿手法结合中药热敷治疗髌骨软化症56例

摘　　要：目的观察推拿手法结合中药热敷治疗髌骨软化症的临床疗效。方法108例髌骨软化症患者随机分为治疗组(56例,给予推拿手法结合中药热敷治疗)和对照组(52例,给予局部红外线照射治疗),疗程均为30d。结果治疗后,两组WOMAC骨关节炎指数(疼痛、僵硬、功能、总评分)均明显降低(P<0.05～0.01),且治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05～0.01)。结论推拿手法结合中药热敷治疗髌骨软化症临床疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effects of manual therapy and herbal hot compress in the treatment of chondromalacia patellae. Methods 108 subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 56 cases were treated by manual therapy and herbal hot compress and control group in which 52 cases were treated by local infrared irradiation, with a course of one month. Results After treatment, the Western Ontario and McMaster Universities osteoarthritis index reduced obviously in the two groups, with more significant reduction in treatment group than in control group（P〈 0.05-0.01）. Conclusion Manual therapy and herbal hot compress is rather effective for chondromalacia patellae.
