对口切除旷置结合垫棉法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察对口切除旷置结合垫棉法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘的临床疗效和安全性。方法将90例高位复杂性肛瘘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例,治疗组采用对口切除旷置结合垫棉法,对照组采用切开挂线法。结果治疗组的术后症状(疼痛、渗液、发热等)积分明显低于对照组;治疗组术前后肛管压力改变以及术后肛门功能改变(肛门失禁、肛门狭窄)的发生几率明显低于对照组;治疗组痊愈时间平均为16.36d,对照组为24.18d;治疗组与对照组术后随访均无复发患者。结论对口切除旷置结合垫棉法治疗高位复杂性肛瘘具有较高的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of countra-incision and indwelling with compressed coller in the treatment of high complex anal fistula. Methods Ninty patients with high complex anal fistula were randomly divided into two troups, one group of patients were treated with countra-incision and indwelling with compressed coller, the others with incision and thread-drawing therapy. Result The degree of pain, secretion and fever of the study group is less than the control group; the pressure of anal of patients in the study group had no change after treatment three months later, but it did in the control group; the bad syndrome frequency after operation in the study group is under that in the control group. After treatment, the average number of days of recovery of the study group is 16.36, well that of the control group is 24.18. After treatment, the study group and the control group had no relapse. Conclusion Countra-incision and indwelling with compressed coller is a safe method which has better clinical effect.
