摘 要:目的探讨益气强心中药复方对压力超负荷性心肌肥厚模型大鼠的干预作用。方法将健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为假手术组、模型对照组、卡托普利组、益气强心中药小剂量组与大剂量组。采用大鼠腹主动脉缩窄法复制压力超负荷性心肌肥厚模型,于术后第6周予药物干预,第8周测定心脏重量指数及血液生化指标,包括血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、内皮素(ET)、醛固酮(ALD)、心房钠尿肽(ANP)、一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)。结果模型对照组与假手术组比较,心脏重量指数显著增加(P<0.01);AngⅡ、ALD、ET、ANP显著升高,而NOS、NO、SOD显著降低。卡托普利组、益气强心中药干预组分别与模型对照组比较,心脏重量指数显著降低(P<0.01);AngⅡ、ALD、ET、ANP显著降低,而NOS、NO、SOD显著升高。结论益气强心中药可明显抑制压力超负荷性心肌肥厚大鼠心肌肥厚的发展,可能通过肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(RAAS)以及NO系统而发挥作用。Objective To investigate the effects and mechanisms of "Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction" on pressure overload myocardial hypertrophy. Methods Hypertrophic myocardium was induced by partial abdominal arota constriction(AC) in rats. The myocardial hypertrophy index and the contents of Ang Ⅱ, ET, ALD, ANP, NO, NOS, SOD were measured after 8 weeks. Results The myocardial hypertrophy index and Ang Ⅱ, ET, ALD, ANP of model group increased markedly, while NO, NOS, SOD decreased obviously compared with those of sham group. The myocardial hypertrophy index and Ang Ⅱ, ET, ALD, ANP decreased markedly, while NO, NOS and SOD increased obviously in captopril group and Chinese medicine groups compared with those of model group respectively. Conclusion These results suggest that "Yiqi Qiangxin Decoction" can inhibit the progress of myocardial hypertrophy in rats induced by pressure overload, and downregulate the expression of correlated factors.
