摘  要:目的建立吴茱萸药材TLC指纹图谱及测定药材中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量,为控制药材质量提供科学依据。方法利用TLC法建立吴茱萸药材指纹图谱,采用RP-HPLC法测定吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量。结果不同产地吴茱萸药材TLC指纹图谱中显示有4个共有条斑,作为吴茱萸的特征性成分这4个条斑可用于药材的定性鉴别。不同批次药材中吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量差异较大。结论TLC指纹图谱鉴别结合吴茱萸碱和吴茱萸次碱含量测定能较全面反映吴茱萸药材质量,可用于药材质量控制。Objective To evaluate the quality of Fructus Evodiae by determining the TLC fingerprint and the contents of evodiamine and rutaecarpin. Method TLC was used for the determination of fingerprint and RP-HPLC was used for the contents determination of evodiamine and rutaecarpin. Results Four same bands were found in the TLC profile of the 9 samples of fructus evodiae grown in different places, and they could be used to identify the fructus evodiae as chemical features. The contents of evodiamine and rutaecarpin in different samples were different. Conclusion Determining the TLC fingerprint and the contents evodiamine and rutaecarpin can be used to get more information about fructus evodiae and to evaluate the quality of fructus evodiae perfectly.
