深山信使黑白饮水消毒片有效成分测定及其与双层丸的比较

摘　　要：【目的】测定深山信使黑白饮水消毒片的有效成分,并与双层丸有效成分含量进行比较。【方法】黑片消毒片有效成分是有效碘,采用常规碘量法测定。白片是维生素C脱碘片,采用标准碘溶液测定。双层丸有效成分是有效氯,采用常规碘量法测定。【结果】黑片平均每片含有效碘8.04 mg,白片平均每片含维生素C10.12 mg。1片黑片投入1 L水中,2 min后到8 min含有效碘8 mg/L,加入白片,便脱去有效碘。1粒双层丸投入1 L水中,3 min含有效氯达最高点浓度(8 mg/L)很快下降,5.5 min后浓度为0。【结论】为保障饮水消毒效果,必须对消毒片(丸)有效成分进行测定。[Objective] To determine the active component of SHENSHANXINSHI black-and-white disinfection tablet for drinking water and make comparison with double layer pills. [Methods] The active component of black tablets is iodine and routine iodometry was used to determine. Write tablets is deiodination Vc, normo-iodine solution was used to determine. The active component of double layer pills is active chlorine, routine iodometry was used to determine. [Results] The average content utility I2 in the black tablets was 8.04 mg per tablets. The average content of Vc in the write tablets was 10.12 mg. A black tablet throw into 1 L water, the utility I2 was 8 mg/L between 2 min to 8 min, add write tablet to undo utility I2, Throw a double layer pill into 1L water, the content of active chlorine reach the top in 3 min （8 mg/L）, and then decrease fast to 0 in 5.5 min. [Conclusions] To ensure the effect of disinfection. It＇s necessary to monitor the active component of disinfection tablets （pills）.
