摘　　要：对石油资源的战略需求使得并购成为世界各大石油公司迅速实现战略目标的重要手段。从第一次世界大战之前至今,世界石油市场经历了4次并购浪潮,石油工业格局产生了重大变化,国际大型石油公司的力量不断加强,其对石油资源的控制日益加深。市场、能源和资源的长期发展战略以及对新技术和低成本的追求是推动并购的主要因素。石油公司的并购有其自身的特点和规律,它对中国石油公司的启示是:树立全球战略的经营理念;通过跨国并购突破石油资源瓶颈,实现规模扩张,提升国际竞争力;充分利用资源国良好的投资环境,建立统一协调机制,提高并购效率。The strategic need of petroleum resource of all the big petroleum companies in the world makes mergers and acquisitions become an important way to carry out strategic goal quickly.From World War I to now,world petroleum market has experienced four times of mergers and acquisitions wave tide,and the world petroleum industry has changed a lot.The strength of big international companies is ever enhancing,and its control to the petroleum resources is ever increasing.Long-term development strategy of market,energy and resource and the goal of new technology and low cost are the main factors of mergers and acquisitions.The mergers and acquisitions of the petroleum companies have their own characteristics and regulations.It gives advices to the petroleum companies of our country.We should set up a global strategic idea of management,resolve resources bottleneck,carry out scale expanding,and promoting international competition ability by multinational mergers and acquisitions.Sufficiently utilizing the good investment environment of resources countries may establish unify coordinating mechanism and raise the efficiency of mergers and acquisitions.
