摘 要:模拟生物自愈合的机理与过程制备出具有自愈合能力的碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料,是提高其高温抗氧化性的重要途径。本文在总结近年国内外研究的成果的基础上,简要介绍了自愈合机理,总结了影响愈合能力的主要因素,重点阐述了三种类型的自愈合单元的成分与性能,并对未来自愈合碳纤维增强陶瓷基复合材料的发展趋势进行展望,指出未来自愈合复合材料的发展方向主要是新型全温区自愈合单元的研制和多种自愈合单元的复合应用实现全方位防御体系来进一步提高使用温度。Self-sealing ability of carbon fiber reinforced ceramic composite can enhance it's anti-oxidation property, which was obtained by imitating the self-sealing ability of creatures. Based on the summary of latest research results, the mechanism of self-sealing was introduced in brief. The main factors influencing the effect were summarized. The ingredients and performances of three types of self- sealing cells were described mainly, and the future development would be focused on the new self-sealing material that could protect composite from room temperature to higher temperature, and three kinds of self-sealing cells were compounded to get higher protection temperatures.
