摘 要:采用电沉积方法在低碳钢上制备了Ni–Fe–TiO2复合镀层。研究了镀液中TiO2微粒含量、电流密度、温度、搅拌速率等工艺条件对复合镀层析氢性能的影响。结果表明,在温度为30°C,TiO2加入量为50g/L,电流密度为25mA/cm2,搅拌速率为300r/min时,可获得活性最佳的复合镀层。扫描电镜观察表明,镀层外观均匀,但微观表面粗糙。A Ni-Fe-TiO2 composite coating was electrodeposited on low-carbon steel substrate. The effects of technological parameters, such as TiO2 particle concentration in bath, current density, temperature and stirring rate, on the hydrogen evolution performance of the composite coating were studied. The results showed that the Ni-Fe-TiO2 composite coating with optimal activity can be obtained with an addition of 50 g/L TiO2 in bath, at a temperature of 30℃, current density 25 mA/cm^2 and stirring rate 300 r/min. The SEM observation indicated that the composite coating has a uniform appearance but a coarse surface microscopically.
