摘 要:三元复合驱是最具应用前景的提高采收率技术之一,但采出液所引起的采油设备腐蚀和结垢问题制约着该技术的大规模推广应用。SJT-B助剂是一种磷硅酸盐化学添加剂,具有良好的缓蚀防垢和降低界面张力的效果。为考察聚合物—SJT-B助剂—活性剂DQ和聚合物—SJT-B助剂复合驱油体系的传输和转向或调剖能力,开展了相关物理模拟实验研究。结果表明,与聚合物溶液或普通三元复合驱油体系相比,添加SJT-B助剂后二元和三元复合驱油体系的传输能力减弱,转向能力增强,表明SJT-B助剂还具有较强的调剖能力。Alkaline/surfactant/polymer(ASP) flooding,which is one of the enhanced oil recovery technologies,has been widely used in the world. But the issues such as erosion and scaling on the oil pro-duction equipment caused by produced liquid restricted its appli-cation on a large scale. STJ-B aiding agent is a newly developed phosphorus silicate chemical additives,which has favorable effects on slowing down the erosion,preventing the scales and re-ducing the interfacial tension. Some related physical simulation experiments have been done to investigate diverting and transmit-ting or profile control capabilities of polymer/SJT-B aiding a-gent/surfactant DQ and polymer/STJ-B aiding agent. The results indicate that the transmitting capability of the combination sys-tem aided polymer/SJT-B aiding agent /surfactant and polymer/ SJT-B aiding agent are lower than those of the polymer solution and normal ASP,and the diverting capability is higher,which proves that the STJ-B aiding agent also has strong capability on profile control.
