摘 要:中外油田常用泡沫酸对油水井进行分流酸化,起泡剂的性能是影响泡沫酸酸化效果的关键因素。以泡沫体积和泡沫半衰期为指标,对不同类型起泡剂进行了优选。结果表明,聚氧乙烯辛基苯酚醚磺酸-8和十四烷基氧化胺在质量分数为20%的盐酸中有较好的起泡能力和耐高温性能,杂醇油B具有好的高温泡沫稳定能力。用正交试验法对优选出的3种起泡剂进行复配得到DS-627耐高温酸液起泡剂。性能评价结果表明,DS-627起泡剂可用于盐酸或土酸酸液的起泡,耐温达180℃。The foamed acid is often used to acidize in oil and water wells. The properties of foam agent are the key factors of controlling the acidizing effect. Different types of the foam agents were evaluated based on the foam volume and the half foam life period. The results show that polyoxyethylene octyl phenol ether sulfonic acid-8 and tetradecyl oxidized amine have better foam ability and higher temperature resistance in 20% hydrochloric acid,while fusel oil B has excellent foam stability at high temperature. These foam a-gents were further compounded according to orthogonal array,and an optimum foam agent, DS-627 , was obtained. The performance evaluation indicates that DS-627 can be used in hydrochloric acid or mud acid below 180℃.
