摘  要:地面驱动螺杆泵井抽油杆的偏磨是制约螺杆泵应用的主要原因,目前采用的防治方法不能从根本上解决该问题。采用螺杆泵井受力测试仪器对抽油杆进行受力测试,结果表明,当抽油杆的转速达到特定值时,抽油杆会产生横向振动共振,这是造成抽油杆偏磨的动力学因素。当螺杆泵井抽油杆高速旋转时,重心偏移是抽油杆产生横向振动的主要原因。根据地面驱动螺杆泵井抽油杆的现场工作状态,建立了抽油杆横向振动理论模型,分析了横向振动共振的产生条件,即抽油杆的角速度等于横向振动频率,并在此基础上建立了抽油杆的横向振动模型,由横向振动的频率得出避免横向振动共振的抽油杆控制转速,从而解决了螺杆泵井抽油杆偏磨的难题。Partial abrasion of rod string in screw pump well which is surface driven is the main reason that restricts its application, but the prevention method used presently cant solve the problem radically. A force-summing test on the rod string was carried out with the mechanical test instrument of the screw pump well. The result shows that when the rotational speed of the rod string comes up to a specific value, the resonance of transverse vibration of the rod string will happen. Analysis suggests that the resonance of it is the dynamics reason of partial abrasion of the rod string. When the rod string rotates at a high speed, barycenter offset is the main reason causing the transverse vibration of the rod string. In this paper, a theory model of the transverse vibration was established considering the field working state of the rod string in the screw pump wells. Also, the condition causing the resonance was analyzed, that is, the angular speed of the rod string is equal to the transverse vibration frequency. Based on these analysis, a transverse vibration model of the rod string was established and controlling rotational speed of the rod string is determined by the transverse vibration frequency so as to avoid the resonance. Thus the problem of the partial abrasion of the rod string in screw pump well was solved.
