摘　　要：为了保证注塑生产中物料的准时供给,同时最大限度地降低物料在车间的库存水平,通过分析现行注塑生产过程物料配送方式,结合制造执行系统(MES)的特点,提出了一个基于MES的注塑生产过程实时物料配送方案,其本质是一种即时(JIT)的物料配送方法,并开发了相应的信息管理系统。A real-time raw material replenishment approach is presented for injection molding production to ensure material requirement in the shop floor and at the same time to reduce amount of material in the shop floor. It is essentially a just-in-time （JIT） material replenishment approach. This approach as realized under the framework of manufacturing execution system （MES）.
