抑瘤饮影响小鼠S180移植瘤组织中Bcl-2和Bax表达的动态研究

摘　　要：目的动态研究中药复方制剂抑瘤饮体内对小鼠S180移植肿瘤组织中Bcl-2和Bax表达的影响。方法BALB/c小鼠右腋皮下接种S180肿瘤细胞24 h后开始,抑瘤饮组小鼠每日灌服抑瘤饮,对照组小鼠每日灌服等量凉开水。分别于第10、20、30、40 d杀鼠取瘤制成切片,免疫组织化学染色法检测肿瘤组织中Bcl-2和Bax表达,以图像分析系统对染色结果进行测定。结果各时间点抑瘤饮组肿瘤组织中Bcl-2表达均低于对照组,Bax表达均高于对照组。结论抑瘤饮体内抑瘤作用可能与下调肿瘤组织中Bcl-2表达,上调肿瘤组织中Bax表达,促进肿瘤细胞凋亡有关。Objective To study the dynamic effect of Chinese compound medicine Yiliuyin on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in mouse transplanted S180 tumor tissue. Methods BALB/c mice were inoculated with S180 tumor cells subcutaneously in the right axilla, and after 24 h Yiliuyin in the mice of Yiliuyin group and equal volume cold water in the mice of control group were administered orally every day. The mice werekilled and the tumors were acquired at 10th, 20th,30th and 40th day-point respectively. The tumors were made into sections,the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax were detected by immunohistochemistry staining,and the image analysis system was used to measure the staining results. Results At all the four day-points in the Yiliuyin group compared with the corresponding control group the expression of Bcl-2 was much lower and the expression of Bax much higher （all P〈0.01）. Conclusion The anti-tumor effect of Yiliuyin in vivo may correlate with the down-regulating Bcl-2 and up-regulating Bax expression in tumor tissue to induce apoptosis of tumor cells.
