中汇川黄液对癫痫大鼠行为及海马超微结构的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨中汇川黄液对癫痫大鼠行为及海马超微结构的影响。方法2周龄SD雄性大鼠中汇川黄液隔日灌胃4周,3-乙基-3-甲基戊二酰亚胺背部皮下注射致癫痫,观察大鼠行为学及海马神经细胞超微结构的改变。结果中汇川黄液能明显减轻大鼠癫痫发作的严重程度,延长癫痫发作的潜伏期,缩短癫痫发作的总持续时间(P<0.001)。减轻癫痫大鼠海马神经细胞超微结构的改变。结论中汇川黄液有临床抗癫痫作用。Objective To explore the effect of Zhonghuichuanhuang liquid （ZCL） on ultrastructure of hippocampus and behavior in epileptogenic rats. Methods Eighty SD male rats at the age of two weeks were administered with ZCL by stomach-poured every other day for 4 weeks. 3-ethyl-3-methyl glutarimide was used by back subcutaneous injection to induce epilepsy. The ultrastructure of hippocampal neuron and behavior of epileptogenic rats were observed. Results The epileptic seizure were significantly relieved, the incubation period were prolonged and the change of neuron ultrastructure were alleviated after ZCL were administered. Conclusion ZCL was a antiepileptic drug in clinic.
