依托泊苷自微乳的处方研究

摘　　要：目的研究依托泊苷自微乳处方。方法考察影响依托泊苷自微乳形成的处方因素,通过伪三元相图的制备确定Km值(表面活性剂/辅助表面活性剂)及最终处方。考察依托泊苷的溶解度、溶出度和稳定性。结果制得了稳定的依托泊苷自微乳。结论依托泊苷自微乳稳定有效。Objective To study the formulation delivery system. Methods The influencing factors of Etoposide Self-Microemulsifying drug of Etoposide Self-Microemulsion were investigated;The pseudo-ternary phase diagram was used to determine Km and final formulation; The solubility dissolution and stability of Etoposide Self-Microemulsifying drug delivery system were studied. Results A stable formulation of Etoposide Self-Microemulsifying drug delivery system was prepared. Conclusion Etoposide Self-Microemulsifying drug delivery system was stable.
