摘 要:目的:测量活体男性胫腓骨正位CR片相关长度指标,建立适合当代中国北方汉族男性人群推算身高的数学模型。方法:应用计算机X线摄影方法,在150例活体山东汉族成年男性胫腓骨CR片上测量特定标志点间长度,同时准确测量其身高。通过各项测量指标与身高的线性回归分析建立胫腓骨推算身高的回归方程。结果:共建立有统计学意义的一元回归方程15个。所建立的回归方程的相关系数(r)在0.916~0.871范围内,身高的估计值标准误(SE)在25.21~28.45mm范围。结论:应用CR放射学方法测量胫腓骨长度推算身高,可以为法医学个人识别身高推算提供帮助,所建立的回归方程适用于中国北方汉族成年男性胫腓骨的身高推算。Objective : By method in radiography , the lengths hetween speeial marks of tibia and fibula were measured in living man. The regression formulae for estimating stature are obtained from these measurements that are adapted to the population of northern adult male of Hart. Methods: By method in computer radiography, the lengths of tibia and fibula were measured in radiograms, including 150 subjects. Also, the body height of each subject were recorded. Then, linear regression analysis between body height and the lengths of tibia and fibula were done to establish the regression equations for stature estimation. Results: 15 regression equations of which were statistical significance were obtained. The coefficient of multiple correlation(r) was from 0.916 to 0.871 and the standard error of estimate (SE) was between 25.21 - 28.45mm. Conclusion:It could he helpful to forensic identification that stature estimation from the CR films based on the lengths of tibia and fibula was useful. The equations all in this paper could he used to estimate the body height to the specified population of northern adult male of Hart.
