68例老年髋部骨折术后并发症的防治

摘　　要：目的探讨老年髋部骨折术后并发症的防治。方法对我科2004年1月～2007年1月68例65岁以上老年髋部骨折切开复位内固定术患者术后1周持续监护,就其出现的并发症及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果66例治愈出院,2例死亡,其中1例死亡原因为肺部感染,另1例为顽固性心律失常。病死率为2.9%。结论老年髋部骨折患者术前充分准备及术后并发症的防治是提高手术成功率的关键。Objective To evaluate the prevention and management of postoperative complications of hip fracture in elders. Methods All 68 cases over 65 years old with hip fracture received operative treatment from January 2004 to January 2007. The condition of careful general monitoring and treatment were last for one week after operation. Results 66 cases were cured,and 2 cases（2.9%） died after operation（death of respiratory tract infection and refractory arrhythmia）. Conclusion The preparation of through preoperation and postoperative complications of hip fracture in elders are important to improve the successful rate of operation.
