摘 要:目的探讨泌尿系统感染中非发酵菌的种类及耐药性。方法按标准要求留取清洁中段尿,每份标本做定量细菌培养和菌落计数;药敏试验采用纸片扩散法。结果在泌尿系统感染中,非发酵菌感染比例较高,占19.8%;构成比中前3位非发酵菌依次是铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌和栖稻黄色单胞菌;非发酵菌对不同抗生素表现为多重耐药。结论监测泌尿系统感染中非发酵菌种类及耐药性变化对指导临床合理应用抗生素十分有益。Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance of non-fermentation bacteria from patients with urinary tract infection. Methods Fresh midstream urine samples were collected according to standard guidelines. Each midstream urine specimen was examined by cultures and counts of bacterial colonies. Then Kirby-Bauer antibiotic susceptibility test was performed. Results In urinary infection, the proportion of non-fermentation bacteria increased apparently, which accounted for 19.8%. The most three common non-fermentation bacteria in different species were Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Acinetobacter baumannii and Flavimonas oryzihabitans. The bacteria showed multi-drug resistance. Conclusions It's important to monitor the variation of non-fermentation bacteria species and drug resistance periodically to guide clinical antibiotics use.
