稀化粘素治疗慢性化脓性鼻窦炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察稀化粘素治疗慢性化脓性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法对１９９６年１０月～１９９７年８月我科收治的６２例该病患者分两组观察，３２例用稀化粘素加呋麻滴鼻液，另３０例仅用呋麻滴鼻液。结果总有效率分别为９３．７５％和４０％，差异有高度显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论稀化粘素作为天然植物标准提取物用于治疗慢性化脓性鼻窦炎，在促分泌、促排、帮助恢复粘膜纤毛和组织结构功能方面确有疗效。Objective To confirm the effectiveness of gelomyrtol forte intreating chronic suppurative sinusitis. Methods Sixty two cases of patients accepted by our department from Oct.1996 to Aug. 1997 were divided into 2 groups and observed. Thirty two cases of them were treated with gelomyrtol forte and naristillae ephedrini hydrochloridiet nitrofurali, and the other 30 cases were treated with naristillae ephedrini hydrochloridiet nitrofurali only. Results The total effective rates were 93.75% and 40% respectively (P<0.01). Conclusion Gelomyrtol forte,as a stantard extract of natural plants,when using to treat chronic suppurative sinusitis,has confirmed effectiveness in stimulating secretion and excretion,and is helpful for the recovery of mucosacilia and the stucture and function of tissue.
