摘 要:硝基苯是制备苯胺的原料,目前工业生产硝基苯所采用的硝化工艺主要有传统硝化法和绝热硝化法.因硝化工艺不同,原辅材料消耗不同,装置本质安全性和节能等方面有一定的差别.实验结果表明:绝热硝化工艺具有可降低原辅材料消耗和劳动强度等优点.并对兰州石化公司100 kt/a硝基苯传统硝化工艺改进为绝热硝化工艺进行了讨论.In the production of aniline, we need nitrobenzene for the materials, the nitration technologies to be adopted on existing industrial nitrobenzene production are mainly conventional and adiabatic processes. Because the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials vary with nitration technologies, the safety and the energy-saving of devices vary different. The result reveals that adiabatic nitration technology can reduce the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials and labour intensity. Now we will introduce adiabatic nitration technology and the necessity of replacing Lanzhou Petrochemical Company's traditional nitro- benzene nitration technology which can produce 100Kt/a product by adiabatic nitration technology.
