同种异体肾上腺移植的实验研究

摘　　要：Ｗｉｓｔａｒ大鼠行双侧肾上腺切除，将一枚异体新生鼠肾上腺植入右侧肾被膜下，观察移植后的肾上腺组织学和血清中ＡＣＴＨ含量的变化。结果：移植后１周，植入的肾上腺变性，中央坏死，囊下细胞再生。移植后７周，皮质分化成球状带、束状带和网状带并具有分泌功能。移植后鼠血清中ＡＣＴＨ逐渐升高，在移植后第５周达高峰，第７周显著下降。结论：在同种肾上腺移植中，新生鼠肾上腺是理想的移植物。? The　changes　of　the　adrenal　histology　and　the　serum　ACTH　contents　were　studied in　the　rats　which　were　bilaterally　adrenalectomized　and　grafted　with neonatal adrenal.The　results　demonstrated　that 1 week after transplantation,the　denaturation,central　necrosis　and　subcapsulcell　regeneration　occurred in　the　transplants,which　differentiated　into　the　zona　glomerulus,zona　fasciculata　and　zona　reticularis,and that 7 weeks after　transplantation,the　serum　ACTH　increased　gradually,　and　decreased　when　the　cortical　cells　became　mature,indicating　that　the　transplanted　adrenal　undergoes　a　development　process　similar　to　that　of　the　newborn　rat　adrenal and ACTH　secreted　by　the　hypophysis　is　very　important　to　the maturation　of　the　adrenal.It　is　concluded　that　the　adrenal　of　the　newborns　is　an　ideal　transplants　for　allograft.
