摘  要:提出了一种适用于永磁机构真空断路器分合闸动态仿真的分析方法。采用Maxwell计算位移、电流、磁链及静态保持力之间的非线性关系,用于查表插值计算。同时采用Matlab建立了永磁断路器动态仿真模型,包括电压平衡和机械运动两个子模型。最后,对设计的样机进行了动态测试。测试结果表明仿真的正确性。A dynamic simulation method was presented for breaking/making process computation of vacuum circuit breaker. The nonlinear curves among displacement, current and flux linkage, electromagnetic force were calculated by Maxwell. The curves were then used for lookup table calculation. The dynamic simulation model was established based on Matlab software. The model mainly includes two sub-models for voltage equivalence and mechanical movement equation. The testing plant was designed and the experiment was conducted in order to evaluate simulation' s accuracy, it is indicated that simulation results coincide well with that of the experiment.
