颅内静脉铸型标本制作方法的改进

摘　　要：目的:探索对颅内静脉铸型标本制作方法的改进。方法:选择在第1颈椎体前颈内静脉插管,使用过氯乙烯—牙托材料的混合填充剂灌注铸型,并采用Ca(OH)2饱和的酒精碱腐蚀液作腐蚀。结果:颅内静脉铸型管道饱满、完整且细密,血管的走行、分布、层次一目了然。结论:改进后的方法其操作简易、快速,成功率高,更适用于该类管道铸型的需要。Objective： To explore new techniques for the making of cast specimens of intracranial veins. Methods： Internal jugular venous catheter was inserted at the level in front of the body of first cervical vertebrae, mixed material of perchloroethyle-bracket was used as fillers to fill the cast, alchohol alkali fluid saturated with Ca（OH）2 was used for corrosion. Results： On the accomplished specimens, courses of cast of intracranial veins were tense, integrity, fine and condense; the courses, distribution and layers of the intracranial veins were clear and distinctive. Conclusion ： Modified techniques for the cast making of the intracranial veins are easier and time sparing, with high success rate, can meet the demand of such kind of cast making.
