摘　　要：通过对度量概念及相关实施过程、工具的介绍,对TL9000 4.0版标准中提出"以必要的度量来促进设计开发过程的改进"的要求进行浅析,以便读者对此要求有个简单的了解。Through the introduction of the concept of metnc and related implementation process and tools, this paper wilt analyze the claim “Take necessary metric to enhance the improvement of software design and development” in TL9000 4.0 version, so as to help readers understand it easily.
