摘 要:采用低温固相法制备了系列负载型铜、钴以及铜钴复合催化剂,用于邻二甲苯的深度催化氧化,以邻二甲苯的分解率和二氧化碳产率综合评价催化剂的活性.考察了制备方法、活性组分及载体对催化剂活性的影响.采用XRD,BET,SEM,TPR等技术对催化剂进行表征,结果表明:室温固相法制备的催化剂,具有低结晶度、小晶体粒度和高比表面积等结构特点;铜钴复合催化剂的活性高于单一金属氧化物催化剂,载体对催化剂活性影响显著.A series of supported copper, cobalt and copper-cobalt composite catalysts were synthesized by solid state reaction, and used for the deep catalytic oxidation of o-xylene. The research took into account the catalytic behavior of the catalysts in terms of both the conversion of o-xylene and the yield in CO2. The effects of preparation method, active component and carrier were studied. XRD, BET, SEM and TPR were used to characterize the catalysts. The results showed that the catalysts synthesized by solid state reaction had the structural characteristic of low degree of crytallinity, smaller crystals grain size as well as high specific surface area. The composite catalysts showed higher activity than single metal oxides catalysts, carrier had a notability influence on the activity of catalysts.
