芪苈强心胶囊对慢性心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能及心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究芪苈强心胶囊对心力衰竭患者治疗前后内皮功能及心功能的影响。方法65例慢性心力衰竭患者,观察治疗前后一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)及心功能的变化。结果2组患者血中NO、CGRP上升,ET下降,使心力衰竭症状改善,治疗组对内皮功能的改变更为明显,P<0.01。结论芪苈强心胶囊不仅能明显改善心力衰竭患者的内皮功能且能改善心功能。Objective It is to study the influence of Qiliqiangxin capsule on endothelial function and heart function in patients with chronic heart failure （CHF）. Methods The changes of nitric oxide （NO）, endothelin （ET）, calcitonin gene-re- lated peptide （CGRP） and heat function in 65 patients with CHF before and after treatment were observed. Results In the two groups, the levels of NO and CGRP were raised, the level of ET was lowered and the symptoms of heart failure were improved. The changes of endothelial function in treatment group were better than that in control group （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule can not only improve obviously the endothelial function but also improve the heart function in patients with CHF.
