加强失地农民权益综合保障的思考

摘　　要：高度重视和解决失地农民问题,是构建社会主义和谐社会和建设社会主义新农村面对的重要课题。失地农民的权益保障应该是综合保障,应该从加强失地农民的经济权益、社会权益、政治权益保障三个方面,构建失地农民权益的综合保障体系。笔者在对现有研究成果进行述评的基础上,从经济权益、社会权益、政治权益保障三个方面,提出了加强失地农民权益综合保障的建议。It is an important issue of socialist harmonious society construction and socialist new countryside building to attach importance to and solve the land-lost peasant problems. The right-interest assurance of the land-lost peasants should be comprehensive, which should be constructed in the three aspects of economical, social and political rights and interests. Based on a survey of the research, proposals for the comprehensive assurance are brought up in the three aspects.
