摘　　要：当前,信息无障碍问题已引起国内外的高度重视,各国政府及各行业协会和组织纷纷开展了相关的研究工作,进一步推动了信息无障碍的发展。为了更加深入、细致地了解国内外信息无障碍的发展现状,探讨信息无障碍发展过程中应重点解决的问题,以及相关产业链的建设情况和信息无障碍的发展前景等问题,本刊邀请中国通信标准化协会发展规划部武冰梅主任、中国互联网协会黄澄清秘书长、中国残疾人福利基金会邢建绪副理事长、全国老龄委办公室吴玉韶副主任,就上述问题交流观点,探索我国信息无障碍的未来发展之路。ICT is changing the way of people's work, study and lives unprecedented, helps them break through the traditional physical boundaries, achieves a global sharing of resources and information; bring more convenient and colorful way of work and life. However, some people in society seem not to benefit from ICT for physiological or pathological aspects. They also have right to equal access information services. If their need can not be met, the digital narrow will be wide undoubtedly. Especially today when the China tries to build a harmonious society, information access without obstacle has become more prominent significant.
