摘　　要：党内民主意识指全体党员对于党内民主的主观反映,是党内民主发展的重要基础。党内民主制度权威的确立、制度体系的完善和制度功能的落实都离不开与之相适应的党内民主意识的支撑。深刻认识党内民主的价值对于积极推进党内民主建设具有重要现实意义。The awareness of intra-Party democracy refers to the subjective reflection of intra-Party democracy that all the Party members have, which is an important foundation for the development of intra-Party democracy and supports the establishment, the improvement and the implementation of intra-Party democratic system. It is of great realistic significance to have the profound understanding of the value of intra-Party democracy in promoting intra-Party democracy.
