New strategies and technical systems for sustainable management of locust and grasshopper mainly based on biocontrol

摘  要:于20世纪80年代中期开始至今本课题组研究了蝗虫微孢子虫疾病在蝗虫种群中的流行规律,和蝗虫的行为学、生物学、生态学、以及蝗虫微孢子虫的人工大量增殖技术等;并以此为基础,通过开展蝗虫微孢子虫田间应用技术及其配套技术研究,制出了适合我国不同草原蝗虫蝗区(干旱草原、半干旱草原、高原典型草原)和不同农区飞蝗蝗区(滨湖蝗区、沿海蝗区、河泛蝗区、稀树草原蝗区)中的蝗灾持续治理对策和技术系,示范应用近1 30万hm2,挽回经济损失3亿元,保护了生态环境,促进了我国农牧业生产。This paper reported that strategies and technical systems for sustainable management of locusts in crop fields and grasshoppers in grasslands are developed on basis of studies on pathogenicity and epizootiology of Nosema Iocustae, a protozoan pathogen of locusts and grasshoppers, locusts behavior, ecology,biology, mass production of N. Iocustae, and application methods, and consist of the systems according to the type of grasshoppers in grasslands, such as arid grasslands, semi-arid grasslands, plateau grasslands, and breeding regions of locusts, such as lake locust breeding region, coastal locust breeding region, river locust breeding region and so on. So far, the total area of demonstration of the strategies and systems has reached 1.3 x 106 hm^2 about,and avoided the economic loss 300 million RMB yuan and environment !oollution.
