摘　　要：本文介绍用超声波方法快速制取人体组织病理切片的基本原理、实验步骤和试验结果．结果表明，用超声波处理后快速制取的病理切片完全可与常规石蜡切片相媲美，在临床外检快速病理诊断应用上。The paper presents the basic theory, the experimefltal steps and some results by using an ultrasonic wave method to quickly prepare pathologic sections of the living human body, which have the same quality as the normal paraffin wax sections. When used in high-speed pathology diagnosis for clinical inspection, the ultrasonic wave method might replace the expensive homoiothermal freezing section method.
