摘 要:用经典的宏观电磁理论对由碳纳米材料制成的光敏器件的光电特性——主要为功率吸收特性[1],作了适当的建模分析。在该模型中,将光处理为频率较高的电磁波,纳米材料处理为有损介质材料,应用经典的电磁散射理论中的并矢格林函数建立了相应的散射模型,由此求得器件中碳纳米管束处的电场强度,并分析其吸收功率特性,从而对该光敏器件的设计给出一些指导性的意见。最后用商业全波仿真软件HFSS对该结果进行了验证。The electromagnetic scattering model is set up for the carbon nanotube photovoltaic device. In this model, the exciting light to the device was treated as common electromagnetic wave whose frequency is in the frequency band of visible light, about several hundreds THz, and the carbon nanotube bundle in the device was treated as a lossy dielectric body with frequency-dependent complex permittivity which could be derived from the quantmn theory of carbon nanotube. Using the dyadic Green's function, the density of the electric field in the carbon nanotube can be obtained, then the relevant absorbed energy can be calculated. From the result, photovoltaic characteristic of the carbon nanotube can be analyzed. At last, the commercial computational electromagnetic software HFSS is used to validate this model.
