东北三省高校高水平田径运动队管理现状的调查研究

摘　　要：通过问卷调查、专家访谈、比较分析和数理统计的方法对东北三省高校高水平田径运动队的管理现状进行分析研究,结果显示:学训矛盾依然是困扰高校高水平运动队发展的一个难题,没有建立起小学、中学、大学一条龙训练体制,后备人才不足,阻碍高水平运动队的可持续发展,运动员参赛较少,限制了东北三省高校田径高水平运动员竞技水平的发展。By the methods of questionnaire investigation, expert interview, comparative analysis and mathematical statistics, the article analyses the management status quo of high-level track and field sports teams of colleges in North-east Provinces. The results show that contradictions of training and study is still a problem in the development of high-level sports teams, there and is not established a training system from primary schools and secondary schools to universities. The shortage of reserved talents impedes sustainable development of high-level sports teams. Athletes take part in competition less that it limits athletic level development of track and field sports teams in colleges of North-east Provinces.
