摘　　要：2008年4月22日，中联重科公布了一份非常漂亮的年报。2007年中联重科实现营业收入89．74亿元，较2006年同期增长92．67％，实现净利润13．15亿元，较上年同期增加176．43％。分产品未说，起重机械同比增长了89．62％，混凝土机械同比增长了123．61％，环卫机械同比增长了52．93％，路面机械同比增长了106．87％。产品综合毛利率为28．56％，比上年同期提高1．57个百分点，其中起重机械毛利率比上年提高2．55个百分点，混凝土机械毛利率比上年提高了1．5个百分点。Changsha Zoomlion Industry Science and Technology Development said it has submitted a bid for Italian construction machinery maker Compagnia Italiana Forme Acciaio SpA, or Cifa. Zoomlion, a major Chinese machinery maker, did not disclose the value of the bid, but said in a statement its proposal was under evaluation by the recipient. Zoomlion said it aimed to take a 60 percent stake in the target company while other investors, including Chinese private-equity firm Hony Capital, would hold the remaining 40 percent.
