摘　　要：The 12th East-West China Coopera- tion and Investment and Trade Fair was held from April 5 to 8 at the International Conference and Exhibition Center in Qu- jiang,Xi'an.Shaanxi province,in the west of China.The Fair,dated back from 1997, chose the location of Xi'an,the capital of Shaanxi province,also the time-honred city since then.The 12th East-West China Cooperation and Investment and Trade Fair was held from April 5 to 8 at the International Conference and Exhibition Center in Qujiang, Xi＇an. Shaanxi province, in the west of China. The Fair, dated back from 1997, chose the location of Xi＇an, the capital of Shaanxi province, also the time-honred city since then.
