摘 要:目的:探讨心功能分级与血清尿酸水平的相关性。方法:入选161例器质性心脏病患者,根据心功能状态(NYHA分级)分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级。测定各组血清尿酸水平及左室射血分数(LVEF)。比较不同心功能级别患者的血清尿酸水平并分析血清尿酸水平与LVEF的相关性。结果:心功能Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级各组患者血清尿酸水平分别为(269.26±71.32)、(321.29±76.10)、(474.15±89.06)、(603.91±148.59)μmol/L,各组血清尿酸水平两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。血清尿酸值与左心室收缩功能指标LVEF值呈直线负相关(rs=-0.68,P<0.01)。结论:血清尿酸水平与心功能分级有相关性。Objeetive:To explore the association of cardiac function classification and serum uric acid level. Methods:A total of 161 patients with heart disease were divided into Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups by NYHA cardiac function classification. Serum uric acid level and left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF) were determined. The association of serum uric acid level and LVEF was analyzed,and the serum uric acid levels of different groups were compared. Results:The serum uric acid levels of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ groups were (269. 26 ± 71.32), (321.29 ± 76. 10), (474. 15± 89.06) and (603.91 ± 148.59)μmol/L respective- ly, the levels of serum uric acid among different groups were significantly different (P〈0. 05) ,serum uric acid level was positively correlated with cardiac function classification, the total serum uric acid level was negatively correlated with LVEF (rs = - 0. 68, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion: Serum uric acid level was positively correlated with cardiac function classification.
