摘  要:目的了解母婴麻疹免疫状况和8月龄婴儿接种麻疹减毒活疫苗(Measles Vaccine,Live;MV)后的血清学效果。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验检测孕妇及其所产的66名6月龄及8月龄婴儿的麻疹IgG抗体,比较抗体几何平均浓度(GMC)和不同水平抗体阳性率,并对34名8月龄婴儿进行MV免疫成功率监测。结果98例孕妇麻疹IgG抗体GMC为901国际单位(IU),32名6月龄和34名8月龄婴儿抗体GMC分别为47IU和54IU,母婴麻疹IgG抗体GMC差异有非常显著的统计学意义(t=19.88,10.44;P均<0.01);孕妇抗体阳性率为96.94%,其中保护性抗体阳性率为50%;66名婴儿抗体阳性率为1.52%,无保护性抗体,差异有非常显著的统计学意义(χ2=73.98,P<0.01)。结论不管孕妇麻疹抗体水平如何,其6~8月龄婴儿麻疹抗体都几乎处于无保护性水平。Objective To understand the antibody level of measles of both pregnant women and their infants and the effect of immunity with measles vaccine to the infants aged 8 months old. Methods Sera of the pregnant women and their 66 infants for aged 6-8 months old were exam- ined for measles antibody with ELISA, as compared GMT with different positive rate of measles antibody. The Vaccine effects were carried out to 34 infants aged 8 months old. Results GMTs of measles IgG antibody in 98 pregnant women, 32 infants aged 6 months old and 34 infants aged 8 months old were 1 : 901,1 : 47, and 1 : 54, respectively. There was a significant difference between the mothers and their infants (P 〈 0.01). The positive rate of measles antibody of pregnant women was 96.94% ,preventing antibody of which was 50% ,and the positive rate of the 66 infants was 1.52% ,without preventing measles antibody, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.01). Conclusion No matter how high the pregnant women's mealses antibody, the measles antibody levels of their infants aged 8 months old are nearly under preventing levels.
