补阳还五合剂中川芎薄层定性方法研究

摘　　要：对补阳还五合剂中川芎的薄层定性方法进行研究,建立该合剂中川芎的薄层定性方法。研究了不同的精制工艺,不同的展开剂,不同的薄层板,不同的检测方法以及不同检测波长条件下鉴别斑点的情况确立了川芎的薄层定性方法,建立的方法专属性强,重现性好,为补阳还五合剂中川芎的定性鉴别提供了可行的方法。To study about TLC of rhizome chuanxiong in the Buyang Huanwu mixture for establishing thin layer chromatography （TLC） of rhizome chuanxiong in the mixture. Do same study about the infection of the distinguished points with different technology, different developing solvent, different silica gel, different detection method, and different detection wavelength. There are the same spots between positive control and mixture, but not be seen in negative control. The method is specific and good reproducibility, it can afford a viable method of TLC about rhizome chuanxiong in the mixture.
