摘　　要：采用浸渍法制备Keggin型磷钨杂多酸盐作催化剂,通过乙酸和正辛醇为原料合成乙酸辛酯,探讨了Keggin型磷钨杂多酸盐作催化剂时对酯化反应的催化活性,系统地研究了原料量比,催化剂用量,反应时间诸因素对产品收率的影响.实验表明,在醇酸的物质量比为1.0∶1.4,催化剂用量为0.4 g,反应时间3.5 h的优化条件下,乙酸辛酯的收率可达92.3%.The phosphotungstate heteropolyacid catalyst was prepared and the syntnesls oI octyl acetate with this catalyst was studied. The effect of the amount of catalyst,the molar ratio of octyl alcohol and acetic acid,reaction time,and catalyst reused on the yield of octyl acetate were tested. The result showed that the yield of octyl acetate reaches to 92.3% under the condition of the amount of octyl alcohol 0. 25 mol,catalyst 0.4 g,the molar ratio of octyl alcohol and acetic acid for 1.0 ： 1.4, reflux reaction for 3.5 h.
