民勤县和甘谷县人群呼吸与循环等系统疾病现患调查

摘　　要：采用多阶段随机抽样方法随机抽取沙尘天气多发区甘肃省民勤县6个乡镇1 500名及甘谷县5个乡镇1 000名18岁以上的居民为调查对象,采用自行确定的统一调查问卷对呼吸系统和循环系统等12种常见疾病进行调查.结果表明:12种疾病患病率全部为民勤县显著高于甘谷县.分年龄段比较发现,咽喉炎、气管炎、肺结核、鼻炎、贫血、关节炎、角膜炎7种疾病患病率均为民勤县显著高于甘谷县.分性别比较发现,咽喉炎、气管炎、肺炎、肺结核、鼻炎、冠心病、关节炎、角膜炎、胃炎9种疾病患病率均为民勤县显著高于甘谷县.分县城、乡镇比较发现,咽喉炎、气管炎、肺炎、肺结核、鼻炎、高血压、冠心病、关节炎、角膜炎、肝炎、胃炎11种疾病患病率均为民勤县显著高于甘谷县.沙尘天气多发区居民健康问题是严重的亟待解决的公共卫生问题,有关方面应予以重视并增加公共卫生专项资金.The random sample for 12 diseases prevalence of respiratory system and circulatory system was carried through with randomization among the subject ≥ 18-year-old from 6 townships （urban districts） in Minqin County which often suffer from sand storm and 5 townships （urban districts） in Gangu County, Gansu Province,China. The results were-12 diseases＇ prevalence rates in Minqin County bordered to the desert were higher than that in Gangu County,which was farther away from the desert. By different ages, the prevalence rates of faucitis, tracheitis, phthisis, arthritis, rhinitis, anaemia and keratitis in Minqin County were significantly higher than that in Gangu County. By different sexes, the prevalence rates of faucitis, tracheitis, pneumonia, phthisis, rhinitis, coronary disease, arthritis, anaemia and keratitis in Minqin County were significantly higher than that in Gangu County. By different county and country, the prevalence rates of faucitis, tracheitis, pneumonia, phthisis, rhinitis, hypertension, coronary disease, arthritis, anaemia,hepatitis and keratitis in Minqin County were significantly higher than that in Gangu County. The 12 diseases affect the social and economic development of Minqin County,Gansu Province,So it is a major public health problem that urgently needs to be addressed and added public health special investment.
