一次性根治术治疗瘘管性脓肿98例临床分析

摘　　要：采用一次性根治术治疗瘘管性脓肿98例，治愈96例，治愈率98％，未出现肛门失禁、畸形等后遗症。结果表明，一次性根治术治疗瘘管性脓肿，能达到一期治愈的目的，克服了分期手术疗程长、痛苦大、需二次手术的缺点。Ninty eight patients with fistulate abscess underwent primary radical operation. As results, 96 cases were cured,the cure rate was 98.0%（96/98）,and there was no such sequelae as fecal incontinence,anal deformity. It is revealed that the primary radical surgical procedure is of many strong points, such as more primary cure,shorter treatment course,less pain and no operation by stage.
