摘　　要：目的探讨内窥镜鼻窦手术后换药的重要性。方法对256例内窥镜鼻窦手术患者术后术腔进行观察，对比按时随访患者与未能及时随访患者的治愈率。结果按时随访患者治愈率达89％，未能按时随访患者治愈率51．2％。结论鼻内窥镜手术后换药是治疗慢性鼻窦炎及防止复发的重要手段。Objective To approach the significance of the postoperative change dressings of the endoscope operation on nasal sinus. Methods The postoperative operation cavus of 256 cases of the endoscope operation on nasal sinus were observed, and the cure rate of them between the on time follow - up visitors and the failing on time follow - up visitors was contrasted. Results The cure rate of the on tome follow - up visitors was 89% ,however, the cure rate of the failing on time follow - up visitors was 51.2%. Conclusion The postoperative change dressings of the nose endoscope operation is an important method to prevent the recurrence of the chronic nasosinusitis.
