低分子肝素钙与沐舒坦联合吸入对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期的治疗意义

摘　　要：目的观察低分子肝素钙与沐舒坦联合吸入治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期（AECOPD）的疗效。方法50例AECOPD病人随机分为治疗组36例，对照组14例，治疗组在对照组基础上加用低分子肝素钙联合沐舒坦吸入治疗，其余治疗两组相同。结果两组临床症状评分比较P〈0．05，平均住院日比较P〈0．05，血气分析指标同组内治疗前后比较P〈0．01，两组间比较P〈0．05。结论用低分子肝素钙联合沐舒坦吸入治疗AECOPD，临床疗效较好，具有推广价值。Objective To investigate the effect of combination low - molecular - weight heparin calcium with mucosolvan in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary diease （AECOPD）. Methods Fifty patients were devided into the treatment group （ n =36）and control group （ n = 14） followed the principle of randomize. In the treatment group, the low - molecular - weight heparin calcium and mucosolvan were added in the therapy, the other drugs used in the therapy were same in both groups. Results Compaired with control group, the clinical symptom score P 〈 0. 05, the average days of hospital stay P 〈 0. 05. In the same group compare before and after the treatment P 〈 0.01, comDaired between the two groups P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion The inhalation treatment of AECOPD with ccnlbination low - molecular - weight heparin. Calcium and mucosolvan, clincal therapeutic effect is better than contral grcup, so it is worth to spread widely in treatment of AECOPD.
