血必净治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期合并全身炎症反应综合征

摘　　要：目的研究血必净注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期（AECOPD）合并全身炎症反应综合征（SIRS）病人的治疗价值。方法将40例AECOPD合并SIRS患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各20例，治疗组采用血必净注射液50ml加生理盐水100ml，每日2次静脉滴注，余治疗两组相同，观察其临床症状、血气分析、治愈时间等指标。结果治疗组临床症状的改善、血气分析指标的好转均优于对照组（P〈0．05），平均住院时间明显缩短（P〈0．05），治愈率高于对照组。结论血必净注射液对AECOPD合并SIRS有明显疗效。Objective To study the effect of xuebijing injection in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） combined with systemic inflammatory response syndrome （SIRS）. Methods Forty patients diagnosed with AECOPD combined with SIRS,were divided into treatment group and control group,20 patients in each group. In treatment group,the mixture of 50 ml of xuebijing injection and 100 ml of mormal saline was administrated into patients with ivgtt, twice a day. The other drugs were same in both groups. Then observed the changes in the clinical symptoms, blood gas analysis and healing well time and so on. Results Compared with control group,clinical symptoms ,the changes of blood gas analysis and average time of hospital stay were significantly improved. The rate of healing well was higher than that of control group. Conclusion Xuebijing injection has a significant positive effect in the treatment of AECOPD combined with SIRS.
